Campus & Title IX Resources
Housed under Student Advocacy & Wellness, WSU's Survivor Advocate & Case Manager provides confidential support to primary and secondary student survivors of power-based violence. Services include; safety planning, court accompaniment, Title IX guidance, assistance with classroom accommodations, provision of referrals, and more.

Any WSU community member interested in filing a formal complaint concerning an issue of power-based violence will need to contact the Title IX Coordinator in the Office of Equity and Inclusion. Reporting can be accomplished in person or online, with anonymous reporting available through the online option.

Student Legal Services provides confidential consultation and legal representation for WSU students who have opted in to paying the $11.00 fee as part of their tuition each semester. They are able to assist survivors of power-based violence with protection order requests, petitioning for divorce, and ​discrimination that may affect a survivor's access to necessary resources.

Student Health Services provides acute and primary care services for the WSU community. Provision of birth control, testing for sexual transmitted infections and pregnancy is available via walk-in appointments while pap smears can be made by appointment. For any emergent health issues, please visit your nearest local emergency room.

The office of Community Standards and Student Conduct oversees Title IX hearings when reporting and responding parties are both WSU students. Office staff are available to assist survivors with information pertaining to WSU policies and procedures concerning their rights during Title IX hearings.
